I ask the lady at the entrance for a piece of paper, write my name and number, fold it and give it to her, asking if she would be so kind as to give this to the swim instructor at the other end of the pool (which you can see through a big glass wall from the entry hall). She looks at me a bit incredulously and asks “Jérome?” I say, sure, I don’t know his name and she smiles bemusedly.
